Thank you so much for the pointers, we wouldn’t be able to sell the condo if it wasn’t for your suggestions. Brenna patiently waited for us to give the thumbs up to take pictures of our place and put it up on the market. The condo was on the market for a few months with no offers/interest. So we turned to Brenna and asked for her professional opinion in what we should do to make our condo more marketable. She gave a us a few tips, which we followed, and when we put our condo back on the market we had no problem selling it. Once we sold our condo, we also had to use Brenna again as our agent to look for a new house. She was very helpful in booking viewings for us and very knowledgeable with all the questions we asked. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she made sure to find out for us. And she was really speedy in finding out for us.
